The Beauty Within

I went home this weekend for a family BBQ, but unfortunately we discovered that my dog of 12 years, Feelo, is sick.  She wasn’t eating, drinking, moving, or even able to focus her eyes.  I tried to be logical by thinking that she’s an old girl, but after a while it’s hard to bury that emotion that we might lose her.  My mom and I took her to the vet today who recommended that we hospitalize her.  I’m trying to be positive by thinking how she looked better today, and she seemed more attentive.  Plus she loved that my mom held her at the vet’s waiting room!

Here she is about 2 years ago. Isn’t she adorable?
