I went into the gym yesterday for my private session with a trainer. My trainer admitted that he was REALLY tired, so he’ll be having a “lazy day”. Yes, HE will be having a “lazy day”. Did that mean that I will also be having a lazy day? NOPE!
Normally we don’t do much stuff on the weight machines, but as a trainer, that’s how he can be just a tad lazy. But for me? Holy crappers, I ache! My arms shake when I try to lift it above my shoulders. No, it actually shakes when I try to lift it just a little bit! I think about straightening my arms, but that’s not going to happen.
GRR!!! BOOOO machines!
