Trader Joe’s sell these delicious dried mangoes that are dusted with chili pepper. The result? UBER AWESOME PARTY IN YO MOUTH!

I bought them on a whim, and have since bought 4 more bags. I’ve realized that not each bag is equal. In some bags, the mangoes are cut a bit too thinly, so the resulting texture is a bit crisp, and the flavor is too sweet. In other bags, ones that I prefer, the mangoes are cut into big thick sections, and the mangoes retain that thick chewy texture. In these chewy ones, the spice and the sweetness of the mangoes harmonize better. Like I said, it results in a party in your mouth.
