The Beauty Within

I have a small mouth, just a puny top lip and an ok bottom lip.  I also have a bad habit [of] *coughsmokingcoughusingstrawscough* so my lips do need some help in the defining department.

I’ve been looking for a lip liner that’ll go with a majority of my lip sticks and glosses (oooh my lip glosssss, lil mama).  I’ve bought a reddish pinkish one from Chanel that was just a tad too red, 2 nude color ones from MAC that was too orange (my lip isn’t brown/orange.. it’s pink!), and a pink one from MAC that’s tooo bright pink.  While I love the texture of MAC lip liners, and how it goes on soo smoothly, I just couldn’t find a good color.  Besides, MAC isn’t really known to have natural looking colors (and that’s why I love them for eye shadows).

So with my current budget, I’ve been spending more time looking at the make up aisles in CVS rather than the make up counters at Nordstrom.  I’ve read that 666 from Wet & Wild is a great color from both Blogdorf Goodman and Beauty Snob, but CVS doesn’t carry that, and I’m too lazy to go to Longs.  What do I find at CVS though?

Boots Botanics.

I know I know… I’ve been raving about Boots to anyone and everyone that would listen (even though they don’t care.. sorry Zac).  But Boots does have great colors, and they are so much cheaper than MAC, Chanel, etc.  I got a lip liner in Chicory, and I love it.  It’s quite close to my actual lip color *ding ding ding*, and it goes on quite well.

I couldn’t find it on either cvs.com or target.com, so here’s a picture I took.
