I found this website, Electric Ladyland, that carries a lot of those boutique brands you find on Rodeo/Melrose in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood. They carry Norma Kamali, True Religion, and they even offer some sales!
It’s pretty nice if you like to dress like your fav. Hollywood celebrity, but you either don’t live in LA, or you can’t find parking in these areas. Also, unlike your fav. Hollywood celebrity, we can’t just park at a red or double park and NOT get parking tickets. 
They have brands here like True Religion and Juicy Couture.
This dress is something Victoria Beckhams would wear.
This penguin pendant is also seriously adorable and totally blinged out.
